The following notes were taken at the Sydney Moodle User Group 29 event at Cronulla High School.

Cathie Cashemere, hosted this month's Sydney Moodle User Group meeting and many folks turned up to celebrate the official launch of the Sutherland Shire Moodle User Group!

The night was focused on delving deep into Moodle.

Below are some of the topics that were discussed and demonstrated on the night:

• Reset courses as an alternative you backup and restore courses.
• Using Moodle for Sport selections using choice with limited numbers.
• Danielle again demonstrated the checklist module - very popular module!
• How to customize Moodle by changing the language files. Giving you the ability to change activity names, block names. For example changing "Assignment" to "Assessment". Select "Lanugage" in the site administration block -> select language editing.
• Using MAMP to run Moodle remotely on Mac for development and testing
